A day at Pine Lake
Drag the sun across the sky to plan your day.
6:00 am – 8:30 am
Paddle at sunrise
The lake is flat calm before 8. Kayaks and paddle boards rent from the office, and you launch right from the dock.
8:30 am – 11:00 am
Coffee and a camp-store run
Firewood, ice, propane and fresh muffins on weekends. Ask the office about today's fishing report.
11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Beach and swim
Spread out on the sand, swim inside the ropes and grab a shady picnic table for lunch.
2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Cool off in the pool
The heated pool is open 10am to 8pm all summer. Kids love the shallow end.
5:00 pm – 7:30 pm
Walk the Lake Trail
A 2.5 mile shoreline loop. The second viewpoint is the best seat in the park for sunset.
7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Grill and campfire
Cook at the picnic pavilion, then light your fire ring. Saturday campfire nights run June to August.
9:30 pm – 11:59 pm
Stars over the water
Quiet hours start at 10. Walk down to the shore, switch off your flashlight and look up.
